Condo offering plans
Anyone know if it is possible to get copies of Condo prospectus or offering plans online? Perhaps from the Attorney General's office? Are these a matter of public record?

They are public, but they are not available online. Are you looking to get an extra copy for an existing condo, or to review it for a new one? If you are looking for the OP for a new development the sales agents should allow you to review the OP at the sales center--without purchasing it.
