Home Insurance Broker?
We are currently in the process of purchasing a 3-family brownstone in Park Slope and wanted your opinions with regards to using a broker to find a home insurance. Is it worth it to use a broker and if so, what is the fee? What is the disadvantage of calling a home insurance company dirctly and soliciting quotes directly?
If we were to use a broker, are there brokers that you recommend that we use? Thanks!
