I'm in the process of purchasing a stone that needs some extensive repointing and facade work. After months of extensive googling the best method it seems, to ensure quality work is to have some of your mortar analyzed by a company that can reproduce the batch to help maintain longevity. Here is a company I'm going to use but not endorsing them but do check out the process (www.edisoncoatings.com).

They don't do the repointing but did recommend the following company as one of the best if able to get on their schedule:

973-817-8350 Al Dasilva

Wish you the best
