Beware of H and J contracting run by Hossein, a seemingly nice enough guy who really does not understand waterproofing in a brick or brownstone townhouse and whose other work has, in my experience, not stood up for even a year.

Hi. I would appreciate if you can explain further your experience dealing with HJ since our coop is interested contracting with them.
