Fixing Parquet Floors

I have parquet floors that have some pieces missing. Some whole, some cracked. Love the floor but would like to know how I should approach replacing the missing chips?

we have gone to best flooring to get replacement boards. We then made the cuts and did new instalation where repairs were needed

if its just chips you can glue in replacement wood, you probably have to use a sharp utility knife to clean the hole before gluing in a piece. hardest part will be to match the aged wood color with the new wood repair

To match the wood that needed to be replaced in spots in visible areas of the living room, my contractor pulled wood from the closet floors. Then he put in new wood, which wasn't as necessary to match closely, to replace the closet floors he took out.
