looking for mortgage for manhattan coop
i know this is a brooklyn thang, but really need help finding a broker for a manhattan coop, anyone except manhattan mortgage!

Countrywide is great with coops and they are a direct lender so you avoid the broker fees. i used a gal out of manhattan that was great: maria_esposito@countrywide.com. good luck.
