If you posted multiple times by accident, it's not difficult to remove them. I did it with my first post and was able to have the duplicate disappear in minutes. If you did it on purpose you've shoved desperate homeowners who really need advice off the bottom of the "recent entries" list, which isn't so nice.

This is a forum about historic townhouses in Brooklyn. Why would you think anyone here is interested in purchasing an overpriced, newly contructed condo?

I like the idea of having a bedroom constructed just for you!! Will it have a window or closets I wonder? Is it chopping of a floor in an awkward way? Will it be very small?
