Taxes and C of O
Property Shark and our tax bill lists our house (which we purchased last year) has having 3 units instead of 2. Is there any compelling reason to have that changed? Are we likely paying higher taxes because of it? (We're never going to cut up our house into 3 units.)

Here is a link to the Department of Finance (DOF) page for correction of your property information. The verbage states that corrections may or may not have any effect on your taxes. Not sure if this helps, but here is the url anyways:

Good luck!
