Pro housecleaning service wanted
I'm finally closing on my house tomorrow, and need a pro cleaning service. I'm not talking maid, --this is a seriously dirty apartment. (my girlfriend still gags when thinking about it) Hey, the price was right! Anyhow, any recommendations would be appreciated.

Ron at 201 704 4821 (with a staff of 12 people)will be doing our 3,000 sq ft 3 fl victorian on the 20th + wet vac/cleaning esposed pipes in unfinished basement. He came over to the house for the estimate & explained what they'd clean: each crystal on the dining room lighting, each radiator in & out all the curves, take drawers out of the kitchen cabinets & clean inside the cabinets ..., toothbrush clean all woodwork ... every detail. Costing us $3,900. Not having to worry about cleaning it after renovations are complete ... priceless.

op here: ahhhh ... I'm talking about scrubbing floors and appliances-- not cleaning the stained glass in the abbey. $4000 to have your house cleaned ... nice going! Any normal peasants out there?

Wait a second. First you don't want a maid. Now you don't want a professional cleaning service. I guess you want a professional cleaing service for the price of a maid? Perhaps you want what you can't have?

hey try someone off craigs list .. a good $20 bucks an hour will go a long way .. go to the houshold section there are tons of ad's..

I have used a great guy named Adrian Armstrong to clean two houses after total renovations. It was really tough, messy work, and he did a great job. He is a professional, reliable cleaner. This is his full time business. He may be reached on his cell phone at646/391-0109. His rates are fair and reasonable. I also use him for light cleaning on a regular basis in my own home.
