Looking for Design/Build firm
can anyone recommend a design/build firm? looking to renovate a 6 room apt on NYC upper west side. start date will be in early April and we'll have 3-4 months to finish. looking for someone who is interested in the classic prewar look. fairly tight budget.

they are a general contractor with in-house architecture/design staff. one of the best residential contractors in the city.
