coop cornice and roof replacement
Our coop is replacing our cornice and roof and are getting prices back that are way, way, way beyond what RAND, our engineers, led us to expect. Can anybody recommend contractors for a large project like this? Thanks!!

Rand comes very highly recommended—what was there excuse for the large discrepancy in price?
