Upholstery Cleaning
Brownstoners, I wonder if you can recommend someone to clean my couches. I am looking for a very professional, expert person to clean a sofa and loveseat which have been in storage for a while. I'm in Fort Greene. By the way, I got a recommendation for a person by the name of Michael on this site -- an owner of Gonsalves Carpet -- who was a no-show on Saturday, -- had to mention that -- anyway, anyone who is very good and reliable working in Brooklyn would be very appreciated.
Thanks as always.

I don't have their number handy, but try Fabra-clean in Queens. They've done good work for me--furniture and rugs.

We have used Cline's for 6 or 7 years and have been very satisfied. They call the next day to make sure you are pleased. One year we had a small stain probblem, and they sent someone the next day to do some extra stain removing and all was fine. They do sub contract and recently we had LI Carpet Cleaners and they were excellent. Arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. We have had carpet and furniture cleaned

I have actually used Bloomingdales a few times. They were very professional and reasonably priced. You can also often find a coupon for the service in the Sunday paper.
