Salvaged wood floors

I am demolishing two townhouses in manhattan, I know, I know. They both have floors. One is original dark wood, thin strip in a reasonably complex pattern, I am guessing they have been there 35 years + very townhousy if there is a such a thing. The other is wide plank pale wood. I will have no use for the floors in my new project. How would I go about selling the floors - To a contractor ? or by posting etc or any other bright ideas - thanx

Awesome. We need 155 sq. feet of 12" red oak parquet strip flooring and 80 sq. feet of pine plank flooring. We'd be happy to pay you for it and take it off your hands. Please send an e-mail to bestofbrooklyn@yahoo.com with your contact info. We are for real and in the middle of our reno and have space to store it on site (which would be good to get it used to the house's humidity, etc. anyway.) Thanks!
