Salvaged wood floors
I am demolishing two townhouses in manhattan, I know, I know. They both have floors. One is original dark wood, thin strip in a reasonably complex pattern, I am guessing they have been there 35 years + very townhousy if there is a such a thing. The other is wide plank pale wood. I will have no use for the floors in my new project. How would I go about selling the floors - To a contractor ? or by posting etc or any other bright ideas - thanx
