Info on 626 Dean, Merchant House Condo and Brownstone Management?
I'm considering buying the duplex penthouse at 626 Dean, part of Merchant House Condominum (618-628) from Brownstone Management, and need more info about the developer and quality of its work, the condo's issues and the unit itself, which has apparently been on the market for 2 years (it's expensive and facing one of the Atlantic Yard lots). Can anyone help? Thanks

I've seen the apartment. Lots of space but the construction is very shoddy.

Condo owners in this building are suing the developer over leaky roof and loss of roof use after repair. Atty generals office involved.

Brownstone is SHADY. I would be careful when dealing with them on this issue, especially since its been on the market for so long. Good luck.
