driveway
Greetings
Guy on my block purchased a two family house with a driveway
leading back to a garage--the house lot on the other side of the driveway was always vacant. Same fellow constructed a house on the empty lot--three family right now--but looks like its going to be more--
So--the driveway now looks like a tunnel --- with the old two family on one side and the new three family on the other---any regulations govern how wide or how many vehicles can use this driveway?

sounds like your looking for trouble...or I guess this is just another day in 'the new' brownstone brooklyn

Call 311 and talk to HPD or the buildings department. They should answer your questions. File an anonymous complaint if it is obstructing some part of the neighbourhood.
