DOB Payoffs.
Well, obvious enough, no?
So, uh, whats going to happen to the building on 8th ave and 15th street that was so damaged by the contractor next door that it now has cracks and has been evacuated? Any fines levied by the DOB or the city on the contractor, or just another slap on the wrist?
What compensation will the owner of the 8th ave building receive? Or will this be tied up in court forever?
Hmm, mafia payoffs to the DOB. In NYC? Of course.
