Brownstone Hallway Restoration
Any recommendations on restoration companies that can help bring back to life the common areas / hallways in a 5 story brownstone? The electrical needs to be re-done for the lights in the hallways as well as plastering, painting, fixing loose steps, etc.

I can recommend Fred Collins. His cell is (347) 200-7038. He can do electrical the right way, and I have used him to do stair restoration also. Stair work done correctly is time consuming, but better done right the first time.
He may not be cheap enough for simple painting and patching, but for the "skill work", he is great.

Josh Neretin re-did my whole bldg. including 3 hallways and they came out great. New elec. wiring, plaster/paint, new floors, tiles in the vestibule, the whole ten yards.
