Window Replacement

I need to replace my parlor level windows. One of them is cracked. Both have condensation between the panes.

I live in a Landmarked neigborhood. Do i need a permit to repair the the cracked windows? If so, how long does it normally take to get permits? Any company recommendations.

Glass replacement, no permit required. Window replacement, yes apermit is required. Time depends on the agent. Anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

Have you called EZ Tilt? We used them on our townhouse. They handled the filing for us. It took about 2 weeks for them to submit the application, we had an approval about 3 weeks after. Brian did the filing, he was very supprised to get approval so quick. We dealt with their Manhattan office which is 3 blocks from our office.
