Empire Apartments is Great!!!!!
I agree with the person that just posted on a comment about Empire Apartments. They recently helped me find an apt in Brooklyn. They are not like anything out there. The staff is reliable and work with you as close as possibe. They make sure that you view apts. To anyone that looking for an apt with out the hefty broker's fees, check out empire apartments. So they charge $195. Are these guys reputable or not ? I can't find anything negative or positive about them.... Great listings, BTW.

They seem reputable since there is nothing negative about them. on their site they even let you rate them. So it seems they do provide some good service.
