That's so true - I went into Empire Apartments to rent an apartment, and they gave me a makeover, got me a job on a reality TV show, and I ended up marrying the owners daughter!!!!!!!

Empire is greaaaaaaat! On lease signing day, they provided a stretch limo for me and my entire family for the day, took us out for brunch at 202 Cafe, then out of the blue, between courses, the broker discovered an undiagnosed congenital heart valve problem in my first born son. He performed the entire psychic surgery using nothing more than a mellon baller! Needless to say the apartment we rented was fabulous. Shortly after moving in the landlord passed away and not having any next of kin, left us his townhouse in the Village because we had originally rented through EMPIRE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was your broker at EMPIRE APARTMENT Mr. Ben Friendly? Because when we didn't have the money for the first and last years rent he reached into his own wallet and paid it for us! Too bad I heard that he recently died after finding a no fee pre war classic 7 on the Park for a couple. I understand that he donated both his kidneys to the charity of their choice as a way of showing his appreciation for renting through EMPIRE APARTMENTS!

Heh.. What is all this? I am the CEO of Empire Apartments and I don't remember any of this and I dont even have a duaghter...
However, we do save thousands of dollars on broker fees.
