EXTERIOR LIQUID VINYL PAINT
We have had an ongoing water problem with stucco over brick exterior wall. No one can seem to find the leak and we've had it coated with both thoroseal and thorolastic and coated with another layer of concrete. Nothing helps. Someone had suggested the CHIC liquid vinyl system that it would solve the problem and is breathable. Anyone know of this product? I'd love comments.
