Trulia.com is a good resource.

As far as values, veryone has their own opinion and everyone will tell you what specific property you're looking at. But we've been looking for 1br/2br condo in Brooklyn since about March and IMHO market values in Clinton Hill are too high. In Park Slope, prices are about $600 - $850 per square foot (approximately and usually) depending on location, amenities, and condition. The properties I've seen in Clinton Hill are about Park Slope prices minus about 5-7%. Sometimes not even. Which, given the greater public transportation options in the Slope, the promixity to Prospect Park, school districts, and just general consensus view, seems like not large enough of a discount.

But if CH is definitely the neighborhood that you want, then that's approximately the prices I've been seeing. If that helps at all.
