Building a stoop

I am interested in building a stoop on to a 1901 brick home to gain access to the parlor floor. Any idea how much something like this would cost? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have not done it, but asked the same question (about a stoop for a brownstone) a month or so ago. I also got a quote from Malek. Depending on what you want, I think $25-35,000 is a fair estimate if you are putting a stoop where none currently exists.

I did one for 22 two years ago and one for 14 last year.
Depends on how wide, how long, how many landings, bullnoses or not, rusticated sides or flat work, etc...
Opening a new door wasn't included back then.
