Marble Cleaning Service?
Can anyone recommend a service to hone and polish soild marble floors? Entryway and bathroom, both in white marble (coop renovated during marble-happy late 80s)
Saw a van for "Spar-Clean" on the street in Manhattan. http://www.sparclean-marble.com/
Has anyone ever hired them?

I've used Alex from SparClean for a mantel job. his crew did a really nice job. messy work, but they managed to strip, clean and buff the mantel into gleaming marble.

Sparclean has experience with many fireplaces in Brooklyn Brownstones.

We hired Sparclean and I wrote about them previously. I would NOT recommend them at all. Please check the archives for the full post.
They did incomplete work with hidden costs. In the end, we felt "taken for."
