Granite slab

I have a 28"x 24"x 2" thick slab of granite that I'd like to use as an insert in my butcher block counters. Can anyone recommend an affordable stone cutter that can cut a rectangle out of this, round the corners and polish the surface?

i've been using swan tile in flushing - they won't take responsibility for drop-off or delivery, or if it breaks due to any defects in the stone, but they did a pretty good job with the sink cut-out from the antique washstand i have...ask for kingsley

There are lots of marble places in Greenpoint.
