re: Appliances

Currently researching appliances for my kitchen.
Looking at Wolf cooker/oven, Liebherr refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher,Zephyer fan/extractorhood.
Would appreciate any advise on the best places to go in Brooklyn. I'm assuming Manhattan stores are not worth the trip as they usually carry inflated prices. Thanks!

Well, Bosch you can find in Home depot or expo.
I am an architectural designer and I order all my appliances from JEM Appliances in NJ. The best prices plus free delivery.
Contact Irene at 973-887-5500. They usually have all the fancy brands so you can check with them and get a free quote. It will be good if you know the model numbers you want.

Drimmer's on Coney Island Avenue. The more you buy at one place the better discount you get.

Drimmer's on Coney Island Avenue. The more you buy at one place the better discount you get. You can also go out and see what they have and discuss all of the items with them. They are very knowledgeable.

I bought all my appliances at EBA Wholesale in Brooklyn. After 3 months of research which consisted on going to Sears, PC Richards, and Drimmers on Coney Island EBA Wholesale beat ALL their prices. I bought my SubZero from them $400 cheaper than Drimmers, contact TOM 718-253-4700 EXT 136. Hope this helps.

I bought similar appliances (e.g., Viking stove, Liebherr fridge, Dacor microwave) from Manhattan Center for Kitchen & Bath on 19th Street in Manhattan. They matched very good prices that I got quoted in writting from a dealer in New Jersey and charged a flat $150 delivery fee for my entire order (up 2 flights). The sales person (Matt) was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We bought our kitchen appliances from Drimmer's and we were very disappointed. They kept on adding to the price after our agreement by saying they had forgotten pieces of the stove, etc. We also arranged installation of the stove venting unit through them and the vent is not strong enough for our Viking stove. Avoid at all costs. I don't understand why they have a good reputation.

EBA Wholesale in Brooklyn is obviously a bunch of scumbags. See this:

EBA had a guy named Levi Capland working for them who was a renegade and sent those emails without the knowledge of EBA ownership . Capland is no longer with that company !

SoHoAppliances.com is my new site for kitchen appliances. I have yet to have a problem beating any prices from eba, PC Richards, Drimmers, J&R, etc. Delivery is next day and your experience will be a personal one. You can email me or call at anytime for a price quote. I look forward to hearing from you. Levi
