can anyone recommend someone who can sew simple curtains from my fabric?

why don't you try your local dry cleaner. Bring the measurements/dimensions, etc. and see if they will do it.

I do freelance seamstress work including Home Decor, Custom Millinery and Bridal headpiece, Historical and Fantasy Costumes.
I have a Degree from Pratt Institute in Fashion Design and have over 35 year worth of sewing experience.
