Engineer Needed
I am considering purchasing a brownstone in Bed Stuy. I need to get an engineers inspection. I would appreciate any recommendations for a dependable, quality engineer in BK. Thank you.

Try Bruce Merjdan, someone lese recommended him to me from this list and he was incredibly thorough and smart. Taught me a lot about what to look for in my new place. I think you can find him if you do a Google search.

We used Heimer for a property in Queens and they saved us a lot of grief. They are true building engineers (not simply home inspectors) - and they are extremely thorough. Price is more, but well worth it for an honest evaluation.
