Obtaining Original Plans

Does anyone know how I can obtain the original floor plans for my brownstone?

If your house was built before the 1940's and no major renovations have been done to your brownstone, plans may not exist. If they do exists, they will be on file at the DOB.

Yep, if you're in Brooklyn head downtown to the DOB. We just unearthed some original plans for our 1906-era building. Lucky this is a co-op and the floor plans from a 1980's renovation are a part of the lease package.
