Part-time Super
I live in a small six unit co-op. We have just split from our management company. Does any one know of a part time super who would primarily be responsible for taking out the trash and keeping the exterior clean and shoveled in the winter? What is the going rate as well? This would be for the Gutteberg area, one block away from Blvd East.
