Looking fro Examples of Lincrusta
I am working on my graduate thesis for Columbia University, and am desperately looking for row houses in Brooklyn that contain the wallcovering lincrusta. Any information anyone has would be great. All I need is an address and a few pictures.

Don't know any addresses off-hand, but last year I attended the Bed-Stuy Annual House tour and saw quite a few examples of it. Perhaps you may want to attend this year's event (it is on October 15, I believe). You can speak directly to home owners who may allow you to photograph/document their Lincrusta.

I recently went to an open house by Corcoran at 300 Greene Avenue. The Parlor floor had painted over lincrusta. You could still see the lovely raised design very well.

Check out the current issue of Old House Interiors (on sale at Barnes and Noble on 7th Ave in Brooklyn). It has an article on a house in Park Slope that has an entire bathroom done in lincrusta. They don't give an address but they have a picture.
