Part-time Super
I live in a small ten unit co-op. We have just split from our management company and are self-managing. Does any one know of a part time super who would primarily be responsible for taking out the trash and keeping the exterior clean and shoveled in the winter? What is the going rate as well? This would be for the Park Slope area, around 3rd. St.

We are a 5 unit building near you and use Joseph Bonnamy for those things. He takes care of garbage and recycling as well as keeps the front area clean. You should specify you need shoveling too. We pay 100/month which may be a bit high for such a small building but not out of the range. For a 10 unit building I would think it would run 150 or so. He does everything very well and even took our garbage "away" in the back of his car for over a year when we were being ticketed for the messes the garbage-pickers left! His number is 718-421-2397.

To mop the halls, take out the garbage, sweep the sidewalk...$200 at least. You can pay for shoveling snow on an as needed basis.

Hello,I Have someone that can do the job, my father was a super for a building located on union street for over 10 years when the building was sold, the new owners brought out the tenants to convert the building into condo's.
