Reasonable Exterminator
Can anyone recommend a GREAT and reasonably priced exterminator for mice and ants (feel free to chime in on companies to avoid)?

We've been using Advanced Exterminating. After the first visit, we signed up for quarterly visits. We have not had any major pest problems since they came out.

midwood exterminator... do a good job, great customer service, and honest (e.g. once told me that nothing needed to be done)
