Fixing the Cement Patio
I have Brownstone in Prospect Heights and need to fix/re-build a backyard patio. It will involve breaking up old cement, re-grading the backyard so it's sloped away from the house, making sure water goes into the drainage system, and laying stones in a way that both looks really good and will keep water out of the basement.
Any brownstone owners out there can recommend someone they've used who was reliable, did a really professional job and reasonably priced?

Johnny Richards is a great guy for all kinds of concrete, weatherproofing, sidewalk/patio repair, and brownstone work. He relaid our bluestone sidewalk and rebuilt our stoop. He's been working on a job out of town but I understand he's due back any day. Call him at 646-221-4266.
