Architect Prices
I am trying to have some alterations made to change the C of O of a property. I need to have drawings made for the 3 floors which total 2800 square feet plus the roof. I am trying to get a general sense of how much this should cost? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

it depends on the type of property, and what kind of alteration you have in mind, but it starts at about $6500 for straight forward residential, 1 to 2 or 3 fams, including drawings and expediting at the Dept. of Bldgs.

I agree with Sebastian, we had someone come in last month who told us that it costs about $5000 to get the C of O changed downtown and with his fee and a scheme he quoted us $8000.
