One Montgomery Place
Has anyone heard anything about the contruction that is taking place at One Montgomery Place in Park Slope? The garage next to One Montgomery Place was recently torn down. The NYC Dept of Buildings BIS indicates that all the apartments in the building are being renovated. The current rumor is that all the "apartments" will be used as Dr.'s offices, others rumors say that all the apartment will be sold as condos for residential use.
What do people hear?

I live on Mongomery Place and had a conversation with a gentleman who claimed to be an owner. He said condo duplex apts. Will be handledby Corcoran. Again according to this phantom man.l

Corcoran realty group has purchased the building and most of the apartments they renovated and put on the market during the spring (2006) are already gone. They started pricing in the low millions with the most expensive 3 bedroom duplex having sold for about 2.25 million. The development going on next door on 8th avenue (a new townhouse w/ apartments) is not comlete yet and is a seperate enterprise
