Maintenance Companies
We are a small coop (10 units) in Park Slope looking for a maintenance company whose fees will not kill us. Does anyone know of companies that do general management (maintenance, some bookkeeping, etc) for under $700/month?

In my former co-op building (20 units - in Fort Greene) we used HPM, Inc. The manager was Bob Harmon (718) 596-6868 and his prices were very reasonable.

My mother has a 6 unit in Windsor terrace and she uses Guardian Property Management and they seem to be very good. They are located in the Slope. There number is (718) 499-4838 or look um up on the web.
