Anyone know what is going on with the former Cafe Bueno, Trout, 1969… and multiple other named place on the corner of Smith and Pacific? It is all boarded up.

There used to be a small Farmer’s Market in the playground on 6th ave between 18th and 19th Street. Does anyone know anything about this? Is this going to come back?

Our co-op is looking for a commercial tenant for a storefront space about 2000 sq ft on a prime street in Williamsburg. Does anyone know brokers who specialize in this area? Is it normal to have an exclusive with a broker? How can we find comparables? We would love to find a store without a huge amount of trucking activity..any advice or resources would be appreciated.

Any thoughts on where to buy sustainable/eco-friendly seafood in Brooklyn? Thanks!

I’m going to be moving from Manhattan to Park Slope (1st st. & 7th avenue) and I was wondering if people could recommend a good gym in the neighborhood. I’m looking for as inexpensive as I can get without being too crappy.

Anybody know the best place in or around Park Slope to pick up a foreign language newspaper? Specifically looking for Corriere della Sera but other ideas welcome.

Is it closed permanently? Every time I pass by it’s never open.

I saw Melissa from Sweet melissa’s looking at Busy Chef/ Blue Pig location. Anyone know anything? I think that a sweet melissa’s would be great there. We need a sweet bakery!
