Rotted Wood Fascia Needs Replacing


I’m looking for a roofer to replace an old damaged piece of wood that runs along the width of my building (20ft) where the facade meets the roof. Any tips greatly appreciated !

Something’s Trying to Get In!


I suspect its a squirrel but my tenants on the top floor think these marks are too big and sharp for a squirrel. I have never in my 16 yrs here seen a raccoon in the yard or anywhere… any ideas? and any recommendations for what to do to get rid of it/them?
