Baby-proofing Top Floor Railing


Does anyone have suggestions on how to baby-proof a staircase railing on a top floor of a brownstone? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does anyone know if zillow.com value estimates have any bearing to reality in Brooklyn? Zillow’s “zestimate” on the house we want to buy is way lower than the asking price (like way way lower). Thanks!

We just retained a lawyer to do a closing for a townhouse in Park Slope. His fee seems a bit high. Does anyone know how much it should cost from reviewing/negotiating a contract all the way to closing? Thanks!
