moving an electrical panel


Hi, I would like to remove a wall in my kitchen but there is an electrical in that wall. Can I get an electrician to move it?

architect fees?


I would like to renovate my one bedroom condo.(around 460 square feet) I would like to remove part of the wall in my kitchen, replace appliances, redo the floor and add a built-in workstation in my living room. All this done tastefully, Since I am lacking in it! how much should I expect the cost of an architect to be for a project like this. Well better yet, how much do you think I would be expecting to pay overall, including construction? Thanks in advance.
