curing and sealing marble floor


I’m laying a basket weave mosaic tile marble floor in my bathroom and have a couple questions. Should I seal the tile before I grout? (The man at the place where I bought the tile told us to seal it, together with the grout afterwards – 3 times, waiting 24 hours between each time) And how should I cure the grout – do I spray with water?
