Living in Red Hook…. Should I?
So, I may have an offer to live in a great place in Red Hook, but I’m a bit nervous about the whole subway public transportion situation.
Can anyone give me the pros and cons?

Best yoga place in BoCoCa?
Looking to start 2009 with some better habits and beginning to take yoga classes is one. I’ve been on yelp to try to find advice, but it’s kinda spotty. Can anyone recommend a good Yoga studio in BoCoCa? Thanks!

most up and coming neighborhoor?
know it’s been asked before and i’ve looked around online, but… what’s the most up and coming neighborhood. i’m looking for one that’s not just residents moving in, but one where new, modern small businesses are being started. i’m looking to buy a 3 family or two family with storefront, but don’t have loads to spend. ideally within a few years i start my own cafe within my building. also, is there any way to buy directly from owners anymore? thanks for your time.

Atlantic Yards good or bad?
So this topic has probably been discussed on here before, but being kinda new to Brooklyn I’d like to hear people’s opinions on the subject. I plan on buying a condo in Cobble/Boerum/Carroll… and want to know how it will affect me and Brooklyn in general.
