New Kitchen Cabinet Doors Recommendations?
I want to replace the existing doors on some kitchen cabinets (which are actually in the bathroom) and add some doors to cabinets which do not currently have doors. Any recommendations for the best way to do this to get matching veneer for the sides and the front side of the boxes so that they match the doors? any advice appreciated
bathroom designer/decorator help?
I am in the process of redoing my bathroom but not a total redo. Before I go any further, I would like some advice from a bathroom designer/ decorator that is reasonably priced and is willing to work with existing tile, etc. I need someone with a traditional rather than modern aesthetic. Any recommendations? thanks in advance.
seeking cleaner/organizer
Now that much of my home renovation is completed I am seeking a cleaning person who is a really good organizer. I am not interested in a professional organizer. I used to have a cleaning person who was also a fabulous organizer but she moved out of state. Thanks in advance

Advice on Wood Window in Shower
Our apartment came with a wooden stained glass window in the bathroom/shower. The window does get wet from the shower. I recently had the window reframed and have been getting different advice for the best way to seal the wood — tung oil, polyurethane. Looking for some advice and thanks in advance.
European Size Bedding?
I have a European single size bed in my daughters room and am looking for linens, quilt/duvet, etc. European single sizes are shorter and narrower than American twin. Any suggestions on where to find linens in the US are most welcome
Seeking Carpenter Recommendations
I am looking for a carpenter to build built-in shelves and put in a mantel. I have seen some recommendations on the forum but I am looking for a carpenter who has an aesthetic that matches the the Victorian moldings, fretwork etc. in my turn of the century apt. Many of the examples of carpenter’s work that I have seen have a very modern look. Anyone have a recommendation?
Renovation Questions and Over Range Microwave for Sale
We are renovating our kitchen and putting in a new, somewhat shallow (23″ deep) closet that will go to the ceiling (117″). The closet is in the dining room. I got tow nice salvaged oak panel doors from Eddie in Ft. Greene which are 83″ high and 27″ wide. I am looking for some ideas for small doors (about 30″ high) above the panel doors for access to the upper reaches of the closet since it will be hard access up there since the closet is so shallow. I am trying to avoid the look of flat doors that are “supposed” to look as if they are part of the wall that plague so many 70′s era apt. renovations. I wanted something that would compliment the salvaged oak panel doors.
Recessed lighting question as well. I want the option to put in compact florescent in the future but I don;t want bulky large cans up there. Any ideas?
Finally, I have a GE 30″ over the range microwave for sale (includes exhaust fan). It is about 2 yrs. old and in pristine condition.
Thanks everyone.
