Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker to get me started? I don’t know how many $$$ I can get and I figure that is a crucial first piece of info for me to start my real estate empire (ha). Is there anyone out there who has had a good experience with a mortgage broker for investment property (multi-family, non-owner occupied type building)? Adam Dahill, can you help me out?
