Laying Sod


Looking for recommendation for someone to lay sod in our small garden, they would also need to prepare the area by removing existing grass and weeds and making the area level.

Buying Parking Spot in a Co-op


I’m interested in purchasing a building parking spot from one of my co-op neighbors. The bylaws are silent on transactions like this. Anyone know what is involved (ie do new shares need to be issued? do we need board consent? any idea of transaction costs and can one attorney handle for both sides?) I just don’t know where to begin. Thank you

Renovation rough estimate?


Curious if anyone has a rough estimate for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. Am hoping to bid on a park slope parlor floor thru in need of some updating and want to be sure to include the renovations in my budget before submitting an offer. Also, the apartment currently has two very small bathrooms, was thiking of combining the two to create one larger bathroom – any idea if this will this help or hinder resale potential?
