Has anyone purchased in this building recently? Love or hate? Happy or sad? Any comments would be helpful..don’t need to hear from people who hate the design, who like to argue about which neighborhood it’s in, or whether or not floor to ceiling windows are from the devil. Thanks.

wooden floor repair
I need to have about 12 9×9 wooden tiles(?) replaced after my ac unit leaked and ruined the tiles and underboard. Can someone recommend a carpenter? Thanks.

In lieu of white cermanic tile?
Hello folks. So here’s a design question. I’m helping a friend with a renovation in an insane coop in the city. She wants 24″ white tile throughout the apartment..the coop board says no way.
What’s the next best thing? Polished concrete? (which they probably won’t go for) Wood floors with an insane amount of polish? Any thoughts?

Silent Paint Stripper
