Blue Stone


Does anyone know where to buy blue stone that is irregular shaped, approx 1 inch thick in Brooklyn? I’m looking to use the blue stone as paving on a 300 square foot patio. I can only find places Upstate or out in Long Island. I need to find a place close enough to Prospect Lefferts that they will deliver. Thanks Rebecca

Mortgage Broker for Refinance


Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker to refinance/cash out on a 1 bedroom co-op in Clinton Hill. Are there red flags to be looked out for?
I have spoken to one broker who asked for Application fee 300 processing 400 appraisal fee 475. I was told it would take about two months.
Any info appreciated.
