Security Cameras


I own a 2 family building , and have had disputes between current tenants. I want to install a security system with remote video monitoring . Does any one know the law and if permits are required to install?

Blue Stone Stoop


I have a 2 family frame home in Greenpoint that I recently purchased. Currently it is being renovated as finances permit. I am interested in restoring my stoop/stairs , they are likely original , house was built in 1901. The stoop is made out of Blue stone/ Slate slabs. There is a fair amount of erosion on the stair treads and flaking of the stone. Is there a way to patch the stairs and seal the stone.
